Information for Childcare & Early Years Education Providers The Early Years and Childcare Service is responsible for developing childcare places across Cambridgeshire and for supporting existing childcare providers. A range of support is offered, from grants and financial support to practical support and guidance from Development and Support Officers, Area SENCOs and Early Years Mentors.
